Terms of Service

Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your photography session with CLP. This fee will be deducted from your final payment.
Transferability: The booking fee is non-refundable; however, it is transferable to another photo session offered by CLP within one year from the original booking date.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your photography session, please notify CLP at least 7 days in advance. The booking fee can be transferred to the rescheduled session within the one-year period.
Cancellations: In the event of cancellation by the client, the booking fee is non-refundable. CLP understands unforeseen circumstances, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Final Payment: The remaining balance for the photography services is due on the day of the session. The booking fee will be deducted from the total amount.
Additional Charges: Any additional services or products requested during the session that are not included in the initial agreement will incur extra charges. These charges will be added to the final invoice.
Copyright and Usage: CLP retains the copyright to all images taken during the session. The client is granted personal use rights only. Commercial use or reproduction of images for profit without written consent from CLP is strictly prohibited.
Image Delivery: The final edited images will be delivered within 4 weeks after the session. Delivery times may vary depending on the scope of the project and post-processing requirements.
Satisfaction Guarantee: CLP strives for client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the delivered images, please contact us within 14 days of receiving them to discuss any concerns or requests for adjustments.
Force Majeure: CLP is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances such as acts of nature, government restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control.

By booking a session with CLP, you agree to these terms and conditions. CLP reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with notice provided to clients.
